You can now automatically attach Rate Cards to jobs based on their assigned Group and/or Zone. This will save you time on manually attaching jobs if your workflow is based on Groups or Zones.
Steps:
From your Detrack dashboard, click Rate Card > Manage Rates
Click on the RATE CARD tab at the top then Configure Auto Attach.
In the pop-up window, you can select how you want Detrack to auto-attach Rate Cards to your jobs:
- By group – attaches Rate Cards based on the job’s assigned group.
- By zone – attaches Rate Cards based on the job’s assigned zone
- By group and zone – attaches Rate Cards only when both group and zones matches.
Toggle the desired options and click Save.
From the Rate Card list, click the Edit icon under the Actions column.
Assign the relevant Group and/or Zone.
Each rate card can only be assigned a unique combination of group/zones/group and zone. For example, you cannot have 2 rate cards assigned both to Group A.
(Do note that if you have chosen Group and Zone, you will need to input a value for both groups and zones)
Click Save to update the Rate Card.
You have successfully configured the Rate Card Auto Attach feature! This automation ensures accurate pricing and reduces the need for manual assignment.
