This tutorial will show you the basic steps to export your planned routes and stops to CSV or Excel format after planning in the Route Optimization page.

Steps:

  1. From your Detrack dashboard, click on Routes in the left sidebar menu.

  2. Choose either Single Route or Multiple Routes depending on the type of routes you want to export.

You will see a list of your planned routes along with details such as driver name, distance, number of stops, and last updated time.

If you want to export the travelling time and distance between stops in a route, you can navigate to General Route Settings > Enable the “Include Traveling Time Between Stops”

  3. Click on the Export button located at the top right of the screen.

  4. Select your preferred format:

    • Excel — to download the route data as an Excel file.

    • CSV — to export the data as a CSV file.

5. Click the Download button in the pop-up to download the file.

That's it! Your route data will now be downloaded to your computer. You can open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet software for further analysis or record-keeping.
