When drivers are heading to a job location, you can prompt them to provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). This will allow your recipients to view their ETA time on the tracking link page.

You can configure this driver action via Settings > Job > POD.

Enable the "Driver to be prompted for ETA" setting. Once enabled, drivers will be prompted to enter an ETA when they indicate they are heading to a job location.

Note: ETA information can be used to provide real-time tracking updates to your customers. Learn more about How To Let Your Customer Track Your Driver Delivering To Them On The Map.
