How To Add Recipient Details To Photos

Automatically add recipient information to photos captured by drivers

You can configure your POD such that the recipient details are displayed on every POD photo. This provides clear documentation of who received the delivery or collection.

The setting is found under Settings > Job > Options.

Enable Add recipient details to photos and click Save.

How This Works

Driver App Experience

When drivers capture photos with this setting enabled:

  1. Tap the camera icon.

  2. Choose Capture Signature and input recipient name and signature.Tap Save

  3. Choose Take Photo Proof and capture photos.

  4. Proceed to submit the POD.

Viewing Photos With Recipient Details In Dashboard

After the driver submits the POD, you can view the photo with the recipient details:

  1. Open the job in the dashboard.

  2. View the submitted photo by hovering over it or clicking to download it to your device.

  3. The recipient details will appear at the lower left corner of the photo showing who received the delivery or collection.

Note: The photo with recipient details will also appear in the downloadable POD PDF.
