This article will guide you through granting your sub-users access to chat with our support team via live chat.
By default, only account owners have this access. However, we understand you may want your team members to resolve issues independently and get direct support when needed.
Steps:
Navigate to Settings > Organization > General
On the bottom of the page, enable the option “Enable live chat support for sub-user
Once enabled, all the sub-users with all roles should be able to connect with our support team! The live chat button should be visible on the bottom right of the page
