The TImeline View gives you a bird's-eye view of all your drivers' assigned jobs and ETA for each job on a single screen. Instead of switching between the job table and the map view, you can see everyone's schedule side by side, spot delays instantly, and understand your entire operation at a glance.
operation at a glance.

How Racehorse View works

The Timeline View displays each driver as a horizontal lane, with their jobs shown as colored blocks arranged by time of day. This lets you instantly see:

  • Route density β€” how tightly packed each driver's schedule is

  • Punctuality β€” which jobs are on time, at risk, or running late

To be able to utilize this feature, jobs must have a ETA value and be assigned to a driver for it to be visible on the timeline. You can get more detailed ETA insights if you turn on the <live ETA feature>

Understanding the colors/legend
