You can track job transfers that are initiated by drivers through the Driver App. This log shows you key information such as when the job transfer occurred, the job transfer status, the drivers involved and the number of jobs involved.

Accessing Job Transfer Logs
Navigate to Logs > Job Transfers in the left sidebar.

There are different statuses to help you understand whether the job transfer is successfully:
Accepted - The recipient driver accepted the job transfer request.
Rejected - The recipient driver declined the job transfer request.
Cancelled - The initiating driver cancelled the transfer request before it was accepted or rejected by the recipient driver.
