The Detrack MCP server connects your Detrack account directly to AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT. Once connected, you can ask questions about your delivery operation in natural language such as "How many failed deliveries do I have today?" and get answers pulled straight from your live Detrack data. No dashboard navigation, no manual filtering, no exports needed.
Detrack MCP is now in beta and currently supports Claude. We are actively working on enabling support for ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other platforms.
(Note: We only allow up data of up to a 30-day period to be queried, there are some rate limiters on number of queries the AI can run in parallel to ensure no overloading)
Prerequisites
A Detrack account that is on the Advanced plan
A Claude account (on either Claude Web or Claude Desktop)
Setup
In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors
Click on the '+' button and 'Add Custom Connector'
Enter:
Name:
DetrackOAuth ID & Secret: You can find the credentials here once you have registered your interest with us.
(If you are unable to view the credentials, do contact us via live chat or support@detrack.com to have this enabled for you)
Save the connector.
Testing the Connection
Go into the chat and ask "Am I connected to Detrack MCP?"
Ask it something simple like "What is the summary of my jobs by drivers today?'
Claude will then redirect you to login to Detrack. Upon logging in with your credentials, you will be shown the next screen to authorize the MCP connection
Click on Accept and Authorize after reviewing Detrack's Terms and Privacy Policy when prompted
After this step, Claude is now connected to the Detrack MCP.

Once connected, Claude has access to the following Detrack tools:

Try These Queries
Once connected, ask Claude questions about your delivery operation in plain English. For example:
"How many deliveries are still not yet completed right now?"
"Show me all failed jobs from yesterday and why they failed."
"Look up DO #12345 — what's its status and who's delivering it?"
"Give me a breakdown of today's jobs by group."
"Which driver has the most jobs assigned today?"
You can also ask your AI assistant to generate Excel or CSV reports from your query results, or combine Detrack insights with other MCP servers connected to your business to get a fuller picture of your operations in one conversation.
(Pro tip: All AI tools have the tendency to hallucinate, so always double check the responses provided by Claude!)
