The Email Deliverability Report helps you track whether your job notification emails were successfully sent to your customers. This helps you confirm what happened to a customer's notification instead of guessing when they say "I was never notified."
Note: This feature must be enabled by the Detrack support team. Please contact support to request access.
Accessing The Email Deliverability Report
Navigate to Reports > Email Deliverability in the left sidebar.
Email Notification Log
The report tracks email notifications sent for each job's driver milestones.
Summary Cards
At the top of the log, three summary cards provide an overview:

Things To Note
Email deliverability tracking is off by default and must be enabled per organization
Only customer delivery/collection notifications are tracked
Recipient email addresses are retained for 90 days
Status updates are processed every 30 minutes, so emails that have been just sent may show up as Pending
