How To Set Minimum Photos Required For POD Submission

You can now enforce your drivers to capture at minimum number of photos (eg. at least 3 photos) before they can submit a POD. This helps you maintain consistent proof of delivery documentation across all jobs.

Configuring the minimum photos requirement

Navigate to Settings > Job > POD and find the Photo Configurations section.

Set your minimum photo requirement number and click Save.

Note: The minimum photos required cannot be higher than the max no. of photos.

Driver App Experience

When this setting is enabled:

  1. Tap the camera icon to open the Select Action menu. The required photos will appear in the menu, each marked as Required.

If the driver tries to submit the POD without taking the required number of photos, a prompt will appear letting them know how many more photos they need to capture.

The driver will need to take the remaining photos before the POD can be submitted.
