Besides manually adding drivers into your Detrack account, drivers / vehicles can be instantly added to the dashboard.
The admin can generated a QR code for the driver to scan using their Detrack Driver App.
Steps
On your admin dashboard, click on the Settings > Check-In Code.
Have your driver scan the generated QR Check-In Code with the Driver App
(Menu > Task Scan > Check In).
After scanning, the driver / vehicle will be added to the dashboard (if there is sufficient license in your Detrack account).
