With the search jobs functionality, you can quickly view and analyze jobs based on your preferred search criteria. This helps you quickly identify specific jobs and extract data for reporting or operational review.
Some example use cases
Using the various search criteria, you can view jobs by:
Driver or Vehicle – see the number of jobs assigned per driver or vehicle.
Job Status – filter jobs by status such as Pending, In Progress, or Completed.
Customer – view deliveries, collections, or both for a particular customer.
Date Range – filter jobs created or scheduled over a specific period.

The search criteria shown and the names of these search criteria displayed will be based on your customized field settings located in Settings > Job > Fields.
You can filter the results of Delivery or Collection by using the Detrack Job Type search critieria.
Example 1
Completed Deliveries under a Group to date.
After you have entered the search criteria, click Search to display the results on the dashboard.
To create a report, enter the search criteria, select the Export Options you wish to enable, press “Export” and select either Excel or CSV.
