By default, item details are displayed in job forms and on the Proof of Delivery (POD) PDF. You can hide this information if your workflow doesn't require tracking individual items for jobs.
You can configure this setting via Settings > Job > Options.
When This Setting Is Disabled (Default)
When this setting is disabled, item details are visible in both the job form and POD:
Job Form
The Item Details section is displayed in the Add Delivery / Collection form, allowing you to add and manage items for each job.
Proof Of Delivery (POD)
Item details are included in the POD PDF, showing all items associated with the job.
When This Setting Is Enabled
When this setting is enabled, item details are hidden from both the job form and POD:
Job Form
The Item Details section is removed from the Add Delivery / Collection form.
Proof Of Delivery (POD)
Item details are excluded from the POD PDF.
