The change / deletion of Detrack account can only be handled through our technical team.

This article is regarding the verification steps to change / delete the email of the owner account.


  • Navigate to Users

  • Create a sub-user account for
    (We will delete this sub-user account after the change.)


  • Drop us an email at, and inform us of the nominated email address to transfer the account to.
