How To Generate Run Sheet

A run sheet is a printable PDF document that summarises all the jobs assigned to a driver for the day, giving them a clear reference of the job items they have to bring on the road. In Detrack, a runsheet provides you with:

  • A complete list of all jobs assigned for the day across every driver

  • Quick reference for addresses, customer names, and phone numbers and ETA time

  • Payment and item details in one place

  • A signature column for recipients to sign

Configuring Run Sheet Fields

Before generating a run sheet, you can select the type of job information that should appear in the Runsheet PDF file, namely the job-level details (like address and customer info) and the item-level details (like SKU and quantity).

To do this, navigate to Settings > Job > Fields and toggle on/off the Runsheet column for your desired job field.

Job Fields — These appear as columns in the main run sheet table, showing details about each delivery or collection.
