After a driver completes a job and submits the Proof of Delivery (POD), you may need to update or correct the job information. This article explains how to enable editing of completed jobs from the admin dashboard.

How To Enable Editing Of Completed Jobs
Step 1: Enable Manual POD
Step 2: Edit A Completed Job
Go to Jobs > Calendar and select a date.
Click on the completed job you want to edit.
Make the necessary changes to the job details or POD information. Click Save to apply the changes.
Granting Sub-user Permissions To Editing Jobs
By default:
Account Owners can edit completed jobs once the setting is enabled
By default, Manager and CSO roles will not be able to perform this because changing the status of a completed delivery may compromise the original delivery information collected and may also trigger email notifications sent to customers.
If necessary, you can navigate to the Users tab to edit the permission of the sub-user.
To grant editing permission to sub-users:
Navigate to Users tab.
Select an existing sub-user or create a new one by clicking Add User.
Edit their permissions and enable Update job status. Click Save.
