How To Set Different Group Logo On PODs, Shipping Labels And Tracking Widget

This tutorial is about the setting of various group logos for proof of delivery (POD), shipping labels, and tracking widget.

This feature is useful if you are serving different groups of customers / services; and require different logos to appear in the Shipping Labels and Tracking Widget.

Example shipping label using logos of various groups

Steps

  1. Click on Users.
    ​

  2. Click on Groups tab and click on Add Group.
    ​

  3. Type the name of the group and click Save.
    ​

Setting Up Of Various Logos

  1. Click on the Group entry to open a pop-up.
    ​

  2. Click on the Logo tab.
    ​

  3. Enter your logo image URL.
    ​

  4. Switch on the necessary options.
    ​

  5. Click Save when done.

Jobs

Whenever you create a job, select the corresponding group information, and the shipping label, POD and tracking widget will display the respective Group logo for that job.
