You can add sub-users with varying rights on Detrack for your managers, sales support staff, customer service officers, packers or any person who can benefit from the data fed into your Detrack account.
Below is a quick summary of the user types and their rights:
Owner
Able to change Settings
Able to add Vehicles
Able to access billing section
Has access to all the information in the organization database on Detrack’s web App.
Able to utilize the filter and search functions.
Able to add in contacts and create client logins
Able to upload deliveries and collections, make changes or edit information.
Able to assign drivers to deliveries and edit information.
Super Admin
The Super Admin role in Detrack is assigned to sub-users who require advanced administrative access, closely resembling that of the owner account, but without billing privileges.
Able to add and manage sub-user.
Able to access and manage job settings and organization settings
Able to view logs for jobs and notifications
Access to most of the actions available to an Owner role
Customer Support Officers (CSO)
Has access to all the information in the organization database on Detrack’s web App.
Able to utilize the filter and search functions.
No editing and uploading rights.
Customer
Has access to all the information in the organization database on Detrack’s web App.
Able to utilize the filter and search functions.
No editing and uploading rights.
Dispatcher
Has access to all the information in the organization database on Detrack’s web App.
Able to utilize the filter and search functions.
Able to assign drivers to deliveries.
No editing and uploading rights.
Manager
Has access to all the information in the organization database on Detrack’s web App.
Able to utilize the filter and search functions.
Able to add contacts and create client logins
Able to upload deliveries and collections, make changes or edit information.
Able to assign drivers to deliveries and edit information.
The owner account will be the only person who has the right to access the Settings, Add Users, Add Vehicles, and access the Billing section. The Superadmin has access to Settings, Add Users, Add Vehicles , but not Billing. The Manager can do all the operational tasks with the exception of the additional access rights the Owner has, as mentioned above.
The CSO and Customer will be able to view all the data and search for a particular delivery, but without any editing rights.
