How To Use Customized Headers In The Job Form And Job Table

You can personalize the job field names throughout Detrack to match your business terminology. Simply enter your preferred labels into the Customized Header for each job field, and your custom field names will replace the default headers of the job table and job forms


You can customize headers at three different levels to suit your workflow:

  • Job level - These customizations will apply to both delivery & collection jobs (Settings > Job > Fields)

  • Delivery level - These customizations will apply only to delivery jobs

    (Settings > Delivery > Fields)

  • Collection level - These customizations will apply only to collection jobs

    (Settings > Collection > Fields)

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Job > Fields > Provide the customized name for the related field.


  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and switch on Use customized headers in forms and tables.


  3. Click Save.


The customized name will now appear on the the job form and job table on Detrack dashboard.

Note: When importing jobs using Excel or CSV files, ensure that you are using the same header names as per your Customized Headers.
