When drivers capture photo proofs for deliveries, you can make it mandatory for them to add a note describing the photo. This helps provide context about where the photo was taken or what it shows, improving documentation and reducing potential disputes.
The setting is found under Settings > Delivery > POD.
Enable Note for captured photo is required and click Save.
Note: Enabling this option does not make photo capture itself required. It only requires a note to be provided when a photo is captured during the POD submission.
Driver App Experience
When this setting is enabled and a driver captures a photo:
Tap the Note button.
Input a note about the photo.
Click Save and proceed to submit the POD.
Note: If the driver attempts to submit the POD without adding a note for the captured photo, a pop-up will appear prompting them to add a note before proceeding.
