This article will provide the steps to allow your Manager sub-users to access Detrack Route Optimization.
Note:
Sub-users with group/s will not have access to the Route Planning feature.
Steps
Navigate to Users.
Click the Add user button
A form will appear.
In the user details, fill in the required fields.
First Name
Last Name
Email
Select Manager as the Role.
Under the Permissions section
Enable Manage routes and Manage depots.
Click Save when done.
Thereafter, the relevant Manager sub-user will have access to the Route Planning feature.
