This article will provide the steps to allow your Manager sub-users to view and manage routes in the Detrack Route optimization feature
Granting access to your sub-users
Navigate to the Users page
Click the Add user button or click on an existing user
In the user details form, fill in the required fields.
First Name, Last Name, Email
Select Manager as the Role.
Under the Permissions section, enable Manage routes and Manage depots.
Click Save when done.
Thereafter, the relevant Manager sub-user will have access to the Route Planning feature.
Scenario where managers belong to one or more groups
Do note that if your managers belong to one or more groups, they can only see the route if all the jobs in the route belongs to the same groups they belong to.
For example:
Route 1 has 5 jobs from Group A and 5 jobs from Group B
Route 2 has 5 jobs from Group A only.
If a manager is tagged to both Group A and B, they will be to see the Route 1, as well as be able to see Route 2
If a manager is tagged to group A only, they will not be able to see the Route 1, and can only see Route 2
