How to Use the Job Summary Report

The Job Summary Report provides a comprehensive overview of your operational efficiency by providing you insights on job statuses and job attempts.

This guide will walk you through how to access and utilize the Job Summary Report effectively.

Note:

  • The data in this Job Summary report is a snapshot ("point-in-time") data.

  • This snapshot data will be triggered at 12 midnight daily.

  • Further edit/changes to the job/s after the respective triggers will not be reflected in the corresponding snapshot/s.

  • For live data, obtain the information form Jobs > Search Jobs.

Accessing the Job Summary Report

  1. Navigate to Reports on the main menu

  2. Click on Reports > Job Summary.

The Job Summary Report provides a summary of job statuses and job attempts for up to 30 days.

Selecting the Date Range

Under the Job Summary, you can select the date range for the summary report. The available options are:

  1. Today (Live data for today)

  2. Last 7 days

  3. Last 30 days

  4. Custom date (up to 30 days)

Note: Data is refreshed every day at 11:59 PM based on your organization's time.

Filter data by Group

To filter the report by group:

  1. Click on the Group field.

  2. Select the desired group for viewing.

Viewing Job Status Breakdown

This view displays the number of jobs for each status in a given date range.

To export this data in CSV format, click the Export button.

The same breakdown of statuses is also available as a Pie Chart.

You can download the charts in the following formats (SVG, PNG, CSV)


Daily Trend by Job Attempts Chart

The Job Attempts analysis is useful for detailed analysis of historical job performance.

For example, you can identify patterns such as how many times a job has failed before being completed

In comparison, the job status shows you the current state of your daily operations and what requires your immediate attention.

Using these 2 reports, you can get a comprehensive view of your short term and long term operational efficiency.


You can filter job attempts for specific statuses by clicking on the Status filter and selecting your desired status from the list.

Click on the Show Result button to view the chart for the selected status.

To export the data, click the Export button and choose from SVG, CSV, or PNG formats.
