The routing feature allows you to set up a Break Time Window to accommodate a break (e.g. lunch or dinner) during the planning to comply with safety guidelines / minimize driver fatigue.

The Break Time Window will delay the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for stops that are within the defined time window.

This tutorial is on setting up a Break Time Window for your drivers.

Steps

Vehicle Setup

  1. Navigate to Vehicles.

  2. Open up the vehicle details form by either:

    1. Clicking on the Add Vehicle button if you are adding a new vehicle

    2. Clicking on an existing vehicle

After planning, the Estimated Times of Arrival (ETA) of the stops with the Break Time Window were continued only after the defined break time of 12 to 1 pm, as opposed to the planning without the Break Time Window.
