How to change the owner email?

Contact us via the Intercom chat or send an email to support@detrack.com with the following information.

  • Current email.

  • Nominated email to transfer account to.

  • Perform the following security verification steps:

    • Log into ​your owner account.

    • Navigate to Users > Users > Click the Add User button.


    • Create a dummy sub-user account for support@detrack.com.
      (We will delete this after the change of email address.)
