Mandatory Fields
There are 3 mandatory fields for a job in Detrack.
Check that your Excel / CSV file contains the following fields.
D.O. Number => Identifier for your job.
Date => Date for performing the job.
Address => Location to perform the job.
Date Format Mismatch
Mismatch of date format can cause the Excel / CSV Import to fail.
To select the date format,
Navigate to Settings > Job > Options > Import Date Format > Select the relevant date format.
Click Save when done.
Headers Mismatch
Check Headers (usually first row of the file), and ensure that they match that under Jobs > Settings > Fields.
Check for blank lines.
Excel Data Format Issue
The default data type in Excel contains certain formula that can interfere with the file upload.
