Mandatory Fields
There are 3 mandatory fields for a job in Detrack.
Check that your Excel / CSV file contains the following fields.
- D.O. Number => Identifier for your job. 
- Date => Date for performing the job. 
- Address => Location to perform the job. 
Date Format Mismatch
Mismatch of date format can cause the Excel / CSV Import to fail.
To select the date format,
- Navigate to Settings > Job > Options > Import Date Format > Select the relevant date format. 
- Click Save when done. 
Headers Mismatch
- Check Headers (usually first row of the file), and ensure that they match that under Jobs > Settings > Fields. 
- Check for blank lines. 
Excel Data Format Issue
The default data type in Excel contains certain formula that can interfere with the file upload.
