Why are the jobs not displayed in the Driver App?

The 3 main conditions for job to appear in the Driver App:

  • Vehicle Assignment => Job to be assigned to the correct vehicle.

  • Date => To be of current date.

  • Job Status => In Progress (Normal Mode).

Vehicle

  • Check Driver ID is properly registered in the Detrack account.

  • Check that the Driver App is Started.

    • Otherwise, the Connection will be Off.

  • Internet Connection

    • Internet access is granted to the Driver App.

Job

  • Check that the date of the job is meant for the current date.

  • Check that the job status is In Progress.

  • Check the the job is properly assigned to the correct Driver.

  • The Tracking Status will be either Out for Delivery / Collection.
