After a driver completes a job, you can automatically prompt a driver to select their next location.This ensures your workflow captures the right driver actions to trigger automated customer notifications via SMS or WhatsApp.
You can configure this setting via Settings > Job > POD.
Enable the "Prompt for next location upon job completion" setting. Once enabled, drivers will be prompted to select the next location immediately after submitting a POD.
Driver App Experience
When this setting is enabled, after the driver submits the POD:
A pop-up appears prompting to select the next location. Tap OK.
Choose the next location to head to.
A confirmation prompt appears. Tap Yes to confirm heading to this location.
