How To View Logs for SMS/ Text Notifications

You can view the history of all SMS/Text notifications sent through Detrack so you can easily track and troubleshoot any message delivery issues.

Accessing Text / SMS Logs

Navigate to Logs > Text / SMS in the left sidebar.

Text / SMS Logs

You can view the timestamp of when the SMS was sent, the job ID,, the recipient number, the event trigger, the SMS provider, as well as the status of the SMS. A code 200 means the SMS was sent successfully
