Milestone Reports help you track driver performance by measuring two key metrics

  • Travelling time (how long a driver takes to reach a job)

  • Time spent on site (how long they spent at the customer's location).

Together, these give you a clearer picture of where time is being spent across your fleet, so you can spot inefficiencies and make smarter scheduling decisions.

How to ensure that you capture Accurate Milestone Data

For Detrack to capture accurate timestamps of key job milestones, these conditions must be in place

  • Service time must be filled up during your job import

  • Drivers must indicate key milestone actions from the driver app (eg. heading to location, arrived at location)

  • Drivers must complete the POD for every job (i.e so as to log the job completion timestamp)

These ensure that the time calculations are accurate for each job.

Accessing the Milestone Reports

Navigate to Reports > Milestone Reports in the left sidebar.

Filtering By Job Type

Based on your workflow and job types, you can use the Job type dropdown to show only collections, only deliveries, or both. Toggle either one on or off depending on what you want to focus on.

Summary of Job Milestone (Fleet Level)

At the top of the report, you'll see averages across all jobs for your selected time period, broken down into two sections.
