The Detrack Scanner App is generally used by the warehouse personnel to:

1. obtain a quick update of the job
2. update the job status
3. assign the job to the driver

Select the Detrack Scanner listing in the search results

Tap on the Install button to download the Detrack Scanner App

1. Open the App Store app
2. Search for: Detrack Scanner
3. Select the Detrack Scanner listing in the search results
4. Tap on the Install button to download the Detrack Scanner App

1. Open the Google Play app
2. Search for Detrack Scanner
3. Select the Detrack Scanner listing in the search results
4. Tap on the Install button to download the Detrack Scanner App

Prior to using the Scanner App, there is a need to have access to the Detrack account.

If necessary, a sub-user account can be created with the required permissions.
