By default, only Owners & Super Admin users can access all logs in Detrack. However, you can grant Manager role users access to specific logs based on your organization's needs.
User Roles That Can Access Logs
Can Access Logs:
Super Admin - Has access to all logs by default
Manager - Can be granted access to specific logs through permissions
Cannot Access Logs:
Customer
Customer Support Officer
Dispatcher
How To Grant Log Access To Managers
Navigate To Users
Go to Users in the left sidebar.
Edit User Permissions
Click on the Manager user you want to grant log access to.
The User Details panel will open showing their role and permissions.
βScroll down to the Logs section under Permissions.
Select which logs the Manager can access:
View deleted jobs - Access to Deleted Jobs logs
View Job transfer - Access to Job Transfer logs
View files imports/exports - Access to Import/Export logs
View recurring jobs - Access to Recurring Jobs logs
View Text/SMS logs - Access to Text/SMS notification logs
Click Save to apply the changes.
