How To Grant Managers Access To View Logs

By default, only Owners & Super Admin users can access all logs in Detrack. However, you can grant Manager role users access to specific logs based on your organization's needs.

User Roles That Can Access Logs

Can Access Logs:

  • Super Admin - Has access to all logs by default

  • Manager - Can be granted access to specific logs through permissions

Cannot Access Logs:

  • Customer

  • Customer Support Officer

  • Dispatcher


How To Grant Log Access To Managers

Navigate To Users

Go to Users in the left sidebar.

Edit User Permissions

  1. Click on the Manager user you want to grant log access to.

  2. The User Details panel will open showing their role and permissions.

  3. Scroll down to the Logs section under Permissions.

  4. Select which logs the Manager can access:

  5. Click Save to apply the changes.
