You can customize your Proof of Delivery (POD) to creates a professional, branded experience while reassuring your customers with relevant information that their delivery was completed successfully

1. Customizing your company information on the POD
You can customize the content for information such as your POD title, company address, terms and conditions and more.
Step 1. Navigate to the Proof of Delivery (PDF) Settings
Navigate to Settings > PDF (Proof of Delivery).
Step 2. Customize the contents of the Proof of Delivery (POD)
Title for Delivery / Collection Customize the title that appears at the top of your POD PDF for deliveries and collections.
Company Address Add your company address to display on the POD PDF.
PDF last known location label Customize the label for the last known location information on the POD PDF.
Title for Terms and Conditions Customize the title for the terms and conditions section.
Terms and Conditions Add terms and conditions text that will appear at the end of your POD PDF.
2. Selecting the job fields to be displayed on the Proof of Delivery (POD)
You can select the job fields that you would like to display on your POD from the Settings page.
Step 1: Navigate to Field Settings
Navigate to Settings > Job > Fields.
Step 2: Enable or Disable Fields
Check or uncheck the fields which you want to show or hide on your POD.
3. Renaming your job fields on the Proof of Delivery (POD)
You can rename any of the job fields to have it displayed on the POD with your preferred business terminology that is familiar to your customers/recipients
Step 1: Navigate to Field Settings
Navigate to Settings > Job > Fields.
Step 2: Control which fields appear on the POD
To show or hide a field specifically on the POD PDF, check or uncheck the PDF column for that field.
Step 3: Enable Customized Headers
Scroll to the bottom of the page, check Use customized headers in PDF, and click Save.
4. Additional rules for hiding or displaying job information on the Proof of Delivery (POD)
Configure additional POD behaviors in Settings > PDF under the Advanced Options section.
Print serial no. barcode (Code 39) This ensures that the job level barcode captured through the Driver App will be displayed on the POD. Learn how you can capture barcodes using the driver app  |

Use customized headers in Job Settings This replaces default field names with your own custom field names/heders. When enabled, the fields that you have renamed in Settings > Job > Fields will appear on your POD PDF instead of the Detrack's field names  |

Hide POD unit of measure This removes unit of measurement information from the POD.

Hide reject and reason This removes rejected items and rejection reasons from the POD.

Hide POD Geolocation This removes the latitude and longitude coordinates of where drivers submitted the POD.

Hide POD address This removes the street address showing where drivers submitted the POD.

Display driver and location details for customer's POD This ensures that driver information is displayed on the customer-facing POD.

Hide driver and location details for internal POD This removes driver information from the internal POD (only for internal users of Detrack)

Append D.O. No. to PDF file name This adds the Delivery Order Number to the exported POD filename for easier organization. (eg. pod.pdf vs pod-DO-2004.pdf)

Special Courier Mode
If Special Courier Mode is enabled for your organization, additional options for pickup-related information will appear
Include pick up photos - Add photos captured during the pickup process to the Proof of Delivery (POD)
(Note: only for special courier mode users with both collection & delivery addresses in a single job)
Include pick up signature - Add the signature captured during the pickup process to the Proof of Delivery (POD)

5. Displaying your brand logo
